Protective Order Hearings
Volunteer to represent indigent clients at Protective Order hearings. ULS staff attorneys are available to assist and mentor volunteers during the first few calendars. We send Protective Order training materials to all of our volunteers.
Senior Lawyer Volunteer Project
The Senior Lawyer Volunteer Project (SLVP) assists seniors with a variety of legal issues including Estate Planning, Wills, Power of Attorney, Medical Directive, and any other type of legal service they might need. Volunteers may travel to meet at client’s home.

Pro Bono Clinics
Family Law Clinic

Volunteer to help pro se litigants from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on the first and third Wednesday of each month at the Third District Court.
Bankruptcy Hotline

ULS refers individuals to volunteers for advice and brief service regarding bankruptcy and debt related questions.
Park City Clinic
-
We need attorneys at our Park City Legal Clinic from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month.
Guadalupe Clinic
-
Work with law students at this pro se clinic every Tuesday from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at 340 South Goshen Street (1040 West) in Salt Lake City.
