Contents Tab
This site (like many other sites you visit on the Web) is structured as a hierarchical series of folders and sub-folders, similar to the folder structure you might see on a Windows or Macintosh operating system.
All of the content on this site is located at some point within that hierarchy.
The Contents tab takes you out of the mode where you are viewing an actual page (or other piece of content) and allows you to see the contents of your current folder location.
Some items to note in this view:
- With the Contents tab active, you can see important information about various content, such as file size and modification date.
- Using the checkboxes and the buttons at the bottom of the screen, you can peform a number of underlying functions to the content, including Cutting/Pasting, Renaming, and Deleting pages.
- Clicking on a folder will take you down into that folder, and the display will change to show the contents of that folder.
- The "Up one level" link beneath the folder title can be used to traverse upward to the parent folder of the current folder.
