Did you know that Ogden's move affected you? It DID! Do you wonder how?

Here is one way . . .

Everything that has the Ogden office address needs to be updated. Some examples include:

The Good News

This does not require any action on your part other than using them!

Your default letterhead, fax coversheet and memorandum sheet have already been updated. The defaults are located in "j:\common\wdtemplates\". They are named as "ltrhead XXX" where the XXX represents your initials (or "fax XXX" or "memo XXX", respectively). You can open them and "stick" them to Word's "Recent Documents", if you haven't already.
All client forms (including the CIS in English and Spanish, the Terms of Clinic in English and Spanish and the Representation Agreement in English and Spanish) have been updated and uploaded on the website.
The new Client Satisfaction Survey has been updated and uploaded on the website.

Important!!

This requires action on your part . . .

If you customized your letterhead and/or use a version of your letterhead that is not on "j:\common\wdtemplates\", they have not been updated and you will have to do that yourself.
Also, any "form" letters that you have that were created with the "old" letterhead will need to be updated. Just open up the new letterhead and copy & paste the text into it, then save as . . .
Finally, if you created a form on the website with the Ogden address, you will need to update that as well
