We report, so you don't have to...
Just a quick note about what has been keeping us busy over the past couple of weeks. Many of our grants have reports that come due by the end of January each year. We absolutely need everyone to input good information into CFW, checking fund codes and problems codes, entering grant data and the like, but we spare you dealing with the output of all that work, these reports that must be submitted so we can all be paid.
Here is a list of the reports that have been submitted:
VOCA Recovery Act Ogden Courthouse Quarterly
VOCA Recovery Act Provo Courthouse Quarterly
VAWA Recovery Act New Ogden Attorney Quarterly
VAWA Ogden Courthouse Annual
VAWA Protective Order Annual
VOCA Protective Order Quarterly
Ute Tribal Court Protective Order Quarterly
Davis County SSBG (Benefits Enrollment)
DOJ DV July to December 09 Report
United Way Tooele DV
United Way Social Security and Medicaid
United Way Foreclosure and Homeowner Education
Technology Initiative Grant Milestone Report
And with one day to spare! I did a quick count and this totals 203 pages of reports we have submitted in the past few days.
Of course these reports reflect all of your hard work. For example, in the last quarter alone we assisted 61 Native American victims of domestic violence. In that same time we assisted 402 victims in protective order actions in Northern Utah, and another 566 in the rest of the state.
And so thanks for all of that hard work, and the very necessary time you take to enter information in CFW accurately. Meanwhile we'll keep busy on the reports, so you can spend your time helping the clients. Finally, special thanks to Craige who pulls and organizes all the data for these reports.
