Trainings, links, pleadings & more . . .

Just a reminder that rather than sending potential training opportunities around via e-mail, we are now posting them on the website.  They are located just to the right of this blog and/or under the "Training" tab.  If you are aware of a training that needs to be posted, please let me know.

Also, look around the practice areas.  Some of them now have links that are useful to that area of practice.  If you use links not currently in your practice area, please send them to Eric or I so we can put them on the website.  This way, if someone loses their "favorites", you will still have them and new employees won't have to look for them!

In addition, you will note that there are some (although very few) sample pleadings in the practice areas.  We need to expand that content.  If you have a pleading, appellate brief, etc. in your practice area that others can use, please send them to Eric or I to post.  Also, I have seen some e-mails requesting sample pleadings so as people get them and/or ask for them, please also send them to Eric or I to post on the website for everyone to use!!!

Finally, please let us know what else we can put on the site to help you all do your jobs more effectively!
