Comings, Goings and Anniversaries at ULS
An update from Utah Legal Services . . .
Steve Julien of the Cedar City office has officially retired as of 12/31/2009. Steve started with ULS in 1980. We wish him well, and he's agreed to stay close at hand, helping on occasion with clinics and protective order hearings in the Cedar area.
We've hired three new staff. Sandy Villanueva is our new afternoon receptionist in the Ogden office, Marissa Knell fills the same position in our Provo office.
Alison Adams is our new attorney in the Ogden office, hired through a Recovery Act grant to assist victims of domestic violence. Alison will start out by picking up protective order calendars in Davis, Weber, Box Elder and Cache counties.
Welcome to Sandy, Marissa and Alison - we are excited to have you.
Many of us celebrate anniversaries with ULS in January, including:
Deana Arellano, Paralegal in SLC since 2005
Sue Crisler, Paralegal in Ogden since 2006
Gloria Larrea, Paralegal in SLC since 1981
Eloise Lozano, Board of Trustees, representing Multi-Cultural Legal Center since 2009
Alex McBean, Attorney in SLC since 2005
Ann Milne, Executive Director, with ULS since 1977
